Addison disease masquerading as hyperemesis gravidarum and good fetal outcome.

Here we report the case of a woman with first presentation of Addison disease in pregnancy that went undiagnosed until postpartum period. She gave birth to a healthy child by vaginal delivery at 40 weeks of pregnancy. Our patient is a 31 years pregnant woman with unremarkable medical or familial history.
